Description
Concertina is a collection from the hands of Danish designer Morten Georgsen. Simple but full of character is his design philosophy. In this console table he gives the lively, colourful fronts a simple setting with the straight-lined body and frame. The idea for the mosaic of fronts arose during discussions on sustainable furniture design. Since furniture production produces scraps of wood, the question was how to make sensible use of them. These scraps were sawn to different sizes and angles, and then assembled to create the unusual fronts. In this way each piece of Concertina furniture is unique. This console table is a highly distinctive piece and will not lose its appeal even after many years. Its look can be easily incorporated into any modern interior.
  • Black console table with a colourful front measuring 78 x 135.5 x 40 cm (H/W/D)
  • A piece of designer furniture created exclusively for KARE by Morten Georgsen,
  • Two drawers with sculptural fronts and narrow, black handles made of lacquered steel
  • Console tables are a practical solution when there is not enough space for a sideboard
  • As a dressing table they represent an upgrade in the bedroom
